Frequent flyer Program
The airline’s frequent flyer programme is called ConnectMiles. By filling an online form, one can enroll in the programme. You receive 1000 miles upon joining, and you can earn an additional 500 miles on the airline’s initial trip or any subsequent flights operated by one of its alliance partners.
Miles traveled form the basis of the programme. With the exception of economy promo fares, where you only receive 50% of the miles flown, you collect 1 mile for every mile flown. For various fare options, the carrier offers award miles, qualifying miles, and qualifying segments.
On trips operated by COPA Airlines as well as those operated by Star Alliance and other airline partners, ConnectMiles can be accumulated. Additionally, the airline has partnerships with hotels, car rental agencies, cruise lines, and other businesses where customers can gain miles. The airline also provides a variety of Copa Credit Cards that can be used to accrue points for purchases.
You can use your ConnectMiles to book one of two kinds of award flights: Saver or Standard. These can be used on allies’ airlines as well as Star Alliance members.
